Genia McNeal

Genia McNeal serves as the Program Development & Youth Empowerment Director for the Kevin Ramsey Davis Sr. Foundation, leading initiatives that promote mentorship, leadership development, and opportunities for youth to thrive. Inspired by a passion for service, she is committed to empowering the next generation through meaningful programs and community engagement.

Professionally, Genia is a Project Manager with The Walt Disney Company, supporting the Manufacturing Department. She also represented Disney for 13 years as part of the Disney Dreamers Academy, helping provide leadership and career development experiences for high school students. In addition, she serves on the Board of the Covenant Community Development Corporation at New Covenant Baptist Church of Orlando, where she continues her commitment to community service and youth empowerment..
