At the Kevin Ramsey Davis Sr. Foundation, we believe mentorship can make a lasting difference in the life of a young person. Having someone who listens, encourages, challenges, and provides guidance can help youth build the confidence and character needed to navigate life and pursue their goals.
Our mentorship program is designed to connect youth with positive role models who can provide meaningful guidance, encouragement, and support. Through mentorship, we seek to create a safe and supportive environment where young people can develop important life skills, strengthen their decision-making, explore educational and career opportunities, and grow into confident leaders.
The purpose of our mentorship program extends beyond preparing youth for academic and professional success. We are committed to helping develop the whole person by reinforcing the values of integrity, responsibility, leadership, perseverance, service, and respect.
We provide mentorship because we believe our youth should never have to navigate their journey alone. Sometimes one conversation, one positive influence, or one person who believes in their potential can change the direction of a young person’s life.
Through consistent guidance, meaningful relationships, community engagement, and exposure to new opportunities, the Kevin Ramsey Davis Sr. Foundation strives to equip our youth with the tools they need to make positive choices, overcome challenges, and become principled, responsible, and accomplished individuals.
